Dear Camp Family:
It is now time to finalize your camper’s registration. Unlike previous years, we will not be mailing forms since all of the necessary information and forms are now available online. Please log in to your camper's online
Camper Home Page at
https://www.sandyhillcamp.com/login.asp to confirm the status of the following items:
- Pay your final balance by May 1st. Please go online to your Camper’s Home Page to find the amount due. Payment by check is preferred. Payments by credit card can be done online, although a $15 convenience fee per camper applies.
- Finalize your activity and elective choices online by May 1st. You must choose and/or change your electives and instructional activity preferences by May 1st to receive priority assignments! Changes are made online from your Camper’s Home Page. Visit www.SandyHillCamp.com/camp_activities.htm for descriptions of all activity choices.
- Mail in your completed health form by June 1st. To help make your Sunday check-in as efficient as possible, please print out and complete the Camper Health Form at www.SandyHillCamp.com/health.pdf and mail it in by June 1st. Remember that your physician must fill out one page of the health form. Please refer to the checklist on the “Instructions” page of the Health Form before you mail it in. Your Camper’s Home Page will be updated once we have received and processed your forms. PLEASE NOTE that if your camper is bringing any medication to camp, your physician must complete a “Medication Administration Authorization Form” (www.sandyhillcamp.com/medform.pdf) for each medication. Mail the MAA forms with the Camper Health Form by June 1st. See the Parent Handbook (www.sandyhillcamp.com/parent_handbook.pdf) for medication details.
- Finalize your cabinmate requests 7 days prior to your arrival by going online to your Camper’s Home Page.
- Read through the Parent Handbook. Go to www.sandyhillcamp.com/parent_handbook.pdf for detailed information on preparing for camp, packing for camp, Sunday arrival and check-in, communicating with your camper during camp, and Friday departure.
