Friday Bus Dropoff Information

Schedule:
Campers will board a school bus here at camp around 5:30 PM and be given a "bag lunch" meal for dinner. Campers will be driven to the Calverton/Beltsville exit off of I-95. This is the last exit on I-95 South before the 495 Beltway. We expect campers to arrive by about 7 PM (depending on traffic).

The address for the drop-off is 4060 Powder Mill Road, Beltsville, MD 20705. This is the parking lot of the Villa and the Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

The bus chaperones will have a sign-out sheet and the same person who signed the camper in must sign him or her out, unless we have written permission to release the child to someone else.

Please understand that the bus’ exact arrival time will depend on traffic conditions. However, we still need all parents to be at the drop-off point no later than 7:00 pm so that the bus can make its scheduled stop and continue on.

Directions to the Drop-off Point
From I-95 South
Take exit 29B Rt 212 towards Calverton
See sign for Giant ahead on your right
Turn right before Giant sign and after the sign for the Villa (there is also a Wendy's and Exxon gas station in the shopping area).
At the first stop sign, turn right (there is a sign for the Villa catering on right)
Make the first right again into parking lot for the Villa and the Fairfield Inn by Marriott.
Proceed all the way to back corner and look for a yellow school bus labeled Marshall Bus Company near the Villa sign on Route 212.

From I-495, take I-95 North to Baltimore & New York
Take exit 29B Rt 212 towards Calverton
