Waterfront Staff - Residential Job Overview
Waterfront staff have primary responsibility for running all waterfront and pool activities at camp. This includes leading waterfront related classes and activities as well as taking care of and properly maintaining all rescue and boating equipment. These staff can choose to reside in cabins with other staff (not campers) or in cabins in with campers.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or be a 17-year-old high school graduate by the first day of camp. Most counselors have completed at least one year of college. You must be physically and mentally capable of being the primary care-giver for and supervising 8-16 year old children in an active, residential camp environment. |
