Assistant Counselor Director Job Overview The AC Directors have primary responsibility for the Assistant Counselor program. You will work with and manage the AC's during their rotations through the kitchen and mentor them in general to develop them to be amazing future senior staff. You will also help to lead classes in activities that you are qualified to teach. Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years old and a returning staff member.
