2011 Camper Application

Now to fill out all of the fun paperwork (unless you want to use our online registration system - if so click here). Camp is filling quickly, so before you sign up please check out the availability for the weeks of camp in which you are interested. You can print out a camp application by following the instructions below, or you can email or call Sandy Hill to have one sent to you. The camp application is available online in two different formats.

Important note about paper registrations:
Applications are processed for all campers based on what we call the date of registration - the date that you sent in your application to us (postmark, fax date, etc.) Although we continue to give campers credit for the date that an application is faxed or mailed, online registrations reserve spaces instantly, paper registrations do not. This is significant because it can take 3-7 days to receive and process a paper registration. Your space in camp is not reserved until the paper registration is processed through the Sandy Hill office. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to use the online system if you are at all concerned that the session that you are interested in is filling up.

For the Adobe Reader format (.pdf)

1. Click here and the document will show up on your screen if you already have the right viewing software installed on your computer.
2. If the file did not show up on your screen, try the Microsoft Word format in the section below.
3. If that does not work, you will need to download special viewing software from Adobe. You can download it for free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Please note that you must use at least version 4.0 for the registration form to be correct.
4. After you have successfully downloaded the Adobe Reader software, click here to open the form on your screen.
5. Be sure that your printer is set on "portrait", and then choose "File" and "Print" to print it out.
6. Use the "Back" arrow on your browser to come back to this page.
7. Fill out the form, and mail it in with your deposit to the address at the top of the form.
